Position Description

IVF Coordinator- (LVN/RN/MA) - Los Angeles, CA

Job Type: Full Time

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday (Day shift)
  • On-call and weekend availability as needed
  • In-person

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide fluent Mandarin Chinese interpretation during consultations and procedures.
  • Assist with patient monitoring, daily care, and physician support.
  • Educate patients on IVF protocols, medications, and procedures.
  • Support phlebotomy and recovery room care as needed.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Chinese Mandarin (spoken and written) preferred.
  • Certified LVN, RN, or Medical Assistant from an accredited program
  • Minimum 1 year of IVF cycle coordination experience in a fertility clinic (Required)
  • Active California license (LVN, RN, or MA)
  • Strong team coordination and communication skills
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, FDA, and OSHA regulations
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
  • Proficiency in EMR systems (nAble IVF preferred)
